Be the “STAR” in your Vision Board!

I hope that you are having a wonderful and good feeling week. I am so loving seeing time and time again how powerful the Vision Boards are, and how they work for various subjects.  It is all about training your mind to focus on thoughts that feel good that match what you want, and like developing a muscle, it gets easier and easier with practice.  I now have a new technique, adding your photo where possible, when designing your vision board! YOU should be the focus and play the starring role!

You are the co-creator of your own life, and the picture of yourself in the middle will serve as a reminder of this fact. All the things that you try to manifest are external to the ultimate dream you are trying to create for yourself. You are the leading role and the one who needs to take the actions that will bring about these changes.

Choose a picture of yourself that you personally like, one that shows you at a happy time in your life. This would be particularly effective if the photo of yourself shows some of the things you would like to manifest from your board, for example if you are; surrounded by friends and family, on holiday or in love.

Another method is to take a new picture of yourself, one showing what you want in the future. It is a common story that people go to a car dealership and have their picture taken in their dream car, or in front of their dream house! Thanks to today’s computer technology, you don’t even have to go to your desired object, you could just Photoshop yourself onto the image!

However you choose; it is important to include yourself in the centre of your vision board. Without you, it’s not your vision!

You can do this by yourself or the energy of a group.

I will be holding a workshop on Saturday 4th September from 2.00 to 6.00pm.  Cost still the same £25.00

You know space is limited so please book quickly.

A big hug

Melina
